ANNUAL MEETING OFFICIAL NOTICE PINE SHADOWS SUBDIVISION PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING AUGUST 19, 2023 9:00 AM
Our annual meeting will be held at the Hot Springs Chautauqua Park picnic shelter starting at 9:00am on August 19th, 2023. The board will provide bottled water, please feel free to bring shareable snacks if you are so inclined. We ask that you bring a lawn chairs. Please take a few minutes to review the agenda. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact Daryl Roerick, President via email @ darylroerick69@gmail.com. Two board members have completed their 2 year minimum service and their positions will be voted on for re-election. One board member will not be renewing their term, so at least one new Land Owner will be joining the board. Land Owners will also be able to submit nominees for replacement. Those interested in serving on the board to fill the seats, please contact Daryl at his email address to have your name put on the ballot. We will also accept nominations from the floor at the meeting.

The website is currently under revision due to GoldenWest’s change in editing contracts. 7. Election of board members 8. Please contact a board member prior to the meeting to be added to the meeting agenda. BURN PERMITS Pine Shadows Subdivision resides within the Black Hills National Forest Fire Protection District. OPEN BURNING IS PROHIBITED WITHOUT A PERMIT https://wildlandfire.sd.gov ANNUAL DUES PSSPOA property owner dues are $75.00 annually and payable NLT 31 March each year.
