Pine Shadows Property Owner’s Association Board Meeting

                                                                  August   17, 2019

               Present: Ron Peters, Marilyn Milner, and Jim Larsen. Absent: Deanne Reaser and Mike Edwards

1.           The Pine Shadows board meeting was called to order by Ron after the annual meeting.

2.              Agenda review.  None

3.              Secretary’s report.  Minutes from the July 10, 2019 meeting were reviewed.  Jim made a motion

               to approve the minutes. Marilyn seconded the motion. All voted in favor.

4.          Treasurer’s report.  None

5.          Old business.  None

 6.         New Business.

             A.  Discussion was held regarding setting up a committee at the next board meeting  to start

                   reviewing covenants.   Tabled until next board meeting.

             B. Assignment of officers for 2019-2020.

                  Officer assignments for the next year will be Ron Peters, president, Deanne Reaser V.President

                  Carolyn McLeod, treasurer, Marilyn Milner, secretary, and Jim Larson member at large.

 7.         Next Meeting.  The next scheduled board meeting will be in December  2019.  Date and time to

              be determined.    

 8.         Meeting adjournment.  Having no further business, Marilyn made a motion to adjourn the

             meeting. Jim seconded the motion, and all were in favor.  The meeting was adjourned at

             11:45 am.
