Pine Shadows Property Owner’s Association Board Meeting
July 10, 2019
Present: Ron Peters, Marilyn Milner, Jim Larsen, and Deanne Reaser Absent: Mike Edwards
- The Pine Shadows board meeting was called to order by Ron at 7:10 pm at Deanne Reaser’s home.
- Agenda review. No additions to the agenda.
- Secretary’s report. The minutes from the March 18, 2019 meeting were reviewed.
Deanne made a motion to approve the minutes. Jim seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
4. Treasurer’s report. Ron reported that the balance on hand in our checking account
is $7782.93 Balance at end of March was $10,817.93. Expenditures were $2500.00 to road
district, Moose drive snow removal $180.00, and Glen Reaser snow removal $1400.00. All lot
dues have been collected. Deposits from dues since the last meeting were $775.00,
Jim made a motion to approve the treasurer’s report, Deanne seconded it. All voted in favor.
5. Old business. None
- New Business:
a. Member correspondence. Ron reported he received two letters complaining of the condition
of a lot owners property. Ron and Jim contacted the lot owner and explained the covenants
reguarding equipment etc. on property. The owner cleaned up the lot and which satisfied the
two complaints. No further action necessary.
b. Annual meeting. The meeting will be at the Library at 10:30 am. Officers will bring
refreshments. The two positions up for renewal are Ron Peters and Mike Edwards. Items
to be discussed are noxious weeds and dog control in the subdivision. Marilyn will send out
the meeting notice and agenda.
7. Next Meeting. The next scheduled board meeting will be after the annual meeting.
8. Meeting adjournment. Having no further business, Marilyn made a motion to adjourn the
meeting. Jim seconded the motion, and all were in favor. The meeting was adjourned at
8:00 pm.
